A co-worker of mine suggested that I try this pasta, and I have to say that it's the BEST gluten-free pasta I have ever eaten (and I've tried them all). My husband and kids even like it and they are resistant to eating my 'gluten-free' diet. Texture and taste are both excellent. Even looks like traditional pasta. I use it in shared recipes.

pasta with good flavor and texture! This product is now a pantry staple,

Schar is by far my favorite gluten free pasta, it is so much better than brown rice or corn pasta. Leftover pasta still tastes good for a couple days. My second favorite pasta, Ancient Harvest Quinoa Pasta, is almost as good the first day but is terrible in leftovers. My whole family eats Schar pasta without complaint. It is worth the price!

The Schar pasta is the best gluten free pasta out there. It tastes the most like 'real' pasta. The fusili is my favorite variety. I would highly recommend this pasta to anyone on a gluten free diet.
