Very tasty and sweet alternative to flour, but I haven't quite got the quantities balanced yet, so it's been a bit dry.

I am Gluten Sensitive always in search of ways to expand my menu choices. Used this to make breaded chicken tenders, they were very good, not gritty as with rice flour. Used recipe from "The Gluten-Free Almond Flour Cookbook ". Everyone loved it.

This flour is easy to use and is a perfect pair to her cookbook. It's already a nice blend so you do not have to have several flours on hand! Just the one.
