I LOVE these chewy bars. I eat at least one of them a day. I have a problem with my digestive system, and these really help! They are tasty and have just enough crunch from the nuts that they are enjoyable to snack on!

Wholesome ingredients and manufactured and packaged in the USA unlike Mrs. M**s products. 52% of daily fiber from chicory root; no nonsense, nutritious bar is convenient, tasty, and satisfying.

I bought the fiber version of these bars because I assume the extra fiber would fill me up for longer. Since I haven't tried the other versions I cannot compare the difference in satiety. All I can tell you is that these are very very tasty. Not too sweet and with a slight tang from the cranberries. They are not hard like certain bars are but chewy. Will definitely buy these again.

tasty. kind of sweet. eat them with cashews, walnuts and pecans tones down the sweet. handy to take with me when i know i may need a "boost".

I expected these bars to be bigger, for 140 calories they are actually quite small. However, they are so packed with fiber that one bar fills you up for a while. They are delicious!!! It is the perfect sweet treat (because of the cranberries, but they aren't too sweet). I was very surprised by how good they taste while being so healthy. I would highly recommend them for people looking to add some tasty fiber to their diets.
