This cereal has been great for me as I've had to avoid sugar for about 6 weeks. The cereal is sweetened with brown rice syrup, and has a good rice taste to it. The shipping of this item was VERY fast.

All you gluten intolerant folks out there...this is a must to enjoy with your breakfast. For a complete balanced breakfast, include 2 eggs and a fruit and you will have energy until lunch time. I love the fact I can order it on Amazon and it comes directly to my door. Try it!
