This product is great if you are looking for a low calorie, high fiber, gluten free bread. It has a pretty good taste and decent texture.
Pro: One of the least expensive gf breads available
Good Fiber content
Low calorie
Decent texture
Decent taste
Con: Delicate and dry
Crumbles easily
I actually like the crumbly texure, but that might turn others off. It's a good bread that you can have if you have gluten issues, dont mind dryness, and can't afford some of the more expensive ones.

A nice bread for light use, kind of flimsy for some sandwiches. Nice tase and good alternative to wheat, though a bit "yeasty". Enjoy!

My son tolerates this bread but we've found that it is dryer than some of the other Ener-G Loaves. It was slightly cheaper than some of the others as well... It is better for toast than sandwiches.
