Kinnikinnick makes a great product. I've been buying it for years. But, this time three of the bags had broken seals and, when I removed them from the box, GF flour flew all over the place.

I have read other people talk about this product for the last two or three years but hadn't tried it. What a waste of time and money baking bread any other way. Got my case yesterday and today I made a loaf of delicious bread. I used three cups mix, 1 1/2 cup warm water with a tablespoon of molasses in it, one package of dry yeast, and about a fourth cup of hazelnut flour. Oh, a tablespoon of oatmeal and a tablespoon of meringue powder. I greased my loaf pan (8x4 1/2) with Crisco and after mixing set it on the top of the range to rest for the 15 minutes. It had risen quite a bit by then, put it in the oven, had to bake about 45 minutes, but it rose about 2 inches over the top of the pan.
My hubby is diabetic and can't have any as it is full of carbs, but that is fine with me. Leaves more for me to enjoy. I did let him taste it while it was still hot and he said it was very good. Very happy with this mix. Oh, and my case came six days early.
Can't beat that. Amazon.com you are the best ~ next to Kinnikinnick mix.
