Just starting out on the GFCF diet for my autistic daughter. She was so excited to see me unwrap this (it looks like bread!!). I had tasted it beforehand and had reservations about whether it was even edible. She took one bite, spit it out, and handed it back to me. DH asked "how bad could it be?". Came home, tried it, and he stuck it in the garbage bin. Yuck.

My mom has an allergy to gluton and this is her preferred bread and one of the only gluten free breads she will eat. It does not taste anything like normal bread, and she rarely eats it untoasted, but if seems to calm her bread cravings.

We purchased this bread locally through one of our regional health food stores as well as a large national chain. Their prices were forever increasing, and we decided to buy in bulk from Amazon. We were extremely pleased with the timely delivery, freshness, and exceptional quality of the product.
A word of caution: to best bring out the flavor in this bread, we recommend TOASTING it first (even lightly seems to do the trick). Even if you eventually make a sandwich that's eaten at a later time), this really works.
